Indepedent Horizons is looking for special people who have an intense desire to help people and make their community a better place. We are seeking people to be an Extended Family Home Provider.

 

An Extended Family Home Provider is someone who will accept a person with a developmental disability into their own home and live with them.  This is a large change in a person or family's life. It will be challenging and wonderful at the same time.
